Summary of Each Position
Sales Representatives- These individuals are generally responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting on the sales goals and territory business plan in accordance with the policies and procedures of their organization.
Territory Managers - These individuals will be directly responsible for maintaining, and growing a regional territory consistent with their company objectives. They actively assist customers in the determining needs and communicating the benefits of the products and services all while selling the solutions. They will be responsible for cultivating and establishing professional and consultative relationships all while meeting and exceeding the sales goals for the assigned territory.
Assistant and District Managers - These individuals need to be motivators, mentors and someone that can guide your Sales Team within your District to achieve their Sales Goals while developing their talent. These individuals implement company Sales Programs within each District, implement Sales Action Plans that meet and exceed Sales Goals and Objectives for the Territory. Additionally, this position implements the Sales Goals to support the execution of the Regional and Company goals to achieve optimum business results.
Regional Sales Managers - These individuals are responsible for developing a Region within the organization at the “Decision Maker” level. They are responsible for planning and developing new relationships while partnering with their team of sales and administration in the successful creation and retention of strong client relationships. These individuals must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and Sales Objectives for the organization.
National Sales Managers - These individuals are responsible for promoting and selling the organizations product or services. The National Sales Managers direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals. These individuals design and recommend sales programs and they are responsible for setting and implementing short and long-term sales strategies. The National Sales Manager ensures that all projects are completed on time and within budget. They act as an advisor to the sales team regarding projects, task, and operations.
Vice-President of Sales - These individuals serve as the “General” for all of the sales initiatives. These initiatives include but are not limited to; setting and achieving financial goals, directing the research and analysis for various business opportunities, assess potential markets, develop projects, market research, and planning. They manage reports that are utilized for internal review, sales cycles, forecasting, lead generation, develop goal oriented action plans for sales generation, build baselines and forecasts around key indicators and metrics and works with cross-departmental teams to achieve desired objectives. |
